SolarFacts is a US consumer-education site, run by The Help Me Group LLC, for homeowners with problems on solar loans, leases and power-purchase agreements. It explains common contract issues, runs a free eligibility review and books strategy calls.

- Four-step eligibility questionnaire that starts with state, contract type, installation status and contract date
- Home-page checklist of 12 common solar problems that leads into booking a 30-minute strategy call
- Education hub with articles in seven topic groups, including loans and dealer fees, leases and PPAs, liens and UCC-1 filings, and installer bankruptcy
- Clickable US map and a page for each of the 50 states; the California page covers deposit caps, cancellation windows and a local FAQ
- Enquiries are sent to a GoHighLevel CRM by webhook, with a Supabase database behind the site
- Password-protected operations hub for staff, with page meta, media library and CRM settings
