Run enquiries on WhatsApp Business, not a personal phone.

Catalogues, quick replies, labels, click-to-chat from your site and Google listing, and enquiry flows that hand off to the right person.

Our approach

Where we start.

In a lot of small businesses, WhatsApp enquiries land on the owner’s personal phone and leave with whoever was holding it. We set WhatsApp Business up as the front desk it has become: a business profile and catalogue, quick replies for the questions you answer twenty times a day, labels so nothing gets lost, greeting and away messages, and click-to-chat links from your website, product pages and Google listing. If your volume justifies it, we move you to the WhatsApp Business Platform, where Meta charges for some message types, and we show you those costs before you commit. We also make the WooCommerce plugin that adds WhatsApp enquiry buttons to a store.

Before you call us.

WhatsApp Business app or the API?

If one or two people answer your messages, start with the free WhatsApp Business app. The Business Platform (API) suits higher volumes and automation, and Meta charges for some message types there. We’ll tell you which you need, and what it costs, before you commit.

Can my Google listing have a WhatsApp button?

Google offers a WhatsApp chat link on Business Profiles in some countries. We check whether it’s available on yours and set it up if it is.

Will customers see my personal number?

No. We set up a business number, and every link points to it.
