What we built.
- 'Find my player's pathway' tool: three questions (birth year, what the family is after, how they will pay) that point each player to the right programme
- Application forms for DAYSHIFT placement and Friday Elite Lab review, collecting the player's club, level, position, years playing, goals and funding type for a coach to review
- Separate routes for charter-funded and private-pay families: no prices or payments for charter enrolment, and a Square checkout for private-pay families once placement is confirmed
- Programme pages with the weekly schedule, the four Friday birth-year groups and their times, and summer camp enrolment
- 'How it works' page that sets out the twelve steps from first visit to coach feedback after training
- News section, coach profile, testimonials, FAQs and a PCA and charter funding guide
